Naturally, you may have a question or two (or ten!) so here's a list of the most common queries we have about our wide range of natural therapy services. What therapies or services do you offer?
Corporate or workplace massage is our most popular service offering. And we now offer a range of very popular natural therapies and seminars for both workplaces and for your next event. Click on corporate natural therapies in the navigation bar above to see our complete range.
Are you a national provider? Do you have therapists all over Australia?
Yes we are. The majority of our work is concentrated in the major centres around Australia and all our service and seminar offerings are available in these locations. Most services and seminars are available regionally however we suggest you contact us to discuss availability and your requirements.
Are all your practitioners qualified?
All of them. As professionals, they all hold their respective state or territory certification and accrue continuing education units to maintain membership of their respective professional associations.
Are all your therapists insured?
Yes. They are otherwise unable to represent seatedmassage. Therapist insurance is updated annually and copies of certificates of currency for the practitioner(s) visiting you can be provided on request.
How do your rates compare to other providers?
We probably fall somewhere in the middle. There will always be cheaper providers and more expensive providers. We charge according to the rate required to provide our clients with the highest quality practitioners available and for the excellent customer service you expect and deserve. If you are after the cheapest service then we aren’t the provider for you and we wish you luck.
Do you have a minimum number of hours required to make a visit?
No. However we do have a minimum charge of 1 hour per practitioner, per site visit. And there is no maximum cut off either. Book as many hours as you like!

Once we agree to booking you, what is the next step?
We ensure we have all the details we require from you and you have all the information you need, such as booking links and that all your questions are answered. We then send you a confirmation document with your (initial) invoice. We invite you to contact us at any time with any question or concern. A reminder email is sent to you 2-3 days prior to your initial booking. Then your practitioner(s) arrive on the booked day to work their magic.
Do we have to sign any contracts?
No. No contracts are provided by seatedmassage. We are sometimes asked to sign a contract provided by a client and to this date, we have never had an issue with this.
Do we need to wear any special clothing?
Generally not. If it is deemed appropriate, it will be pointed out in your confirmation or we will discuss this with you directly when you are enquiring about a specific service.
Which is the best service you offer?
They are all wonderful! Of course I was going to say that. The best services are the ones that you and your people would like to try. Corporate Massage is the perennial favourite amongst our clients.
How long should we offer each person?
We can help you to decide by making our recommendations dependent on the service being offered, the nature of the work your people do or of the event you may be holding or attending and how much time you have to offer the service. Also budget will effect individual session length. Ultimately it is your call however we can certainly guide you to making an informed decision.
